Refund policy
- On time for Christmas, or your money back. Order by the date shown for your country and it arrives by December 24. If it misses Christmas, we refund you in full and you keep the ring.
- The Free Remake. Wrong size, or the baby arrived in another month: we remake the ring once, free, within 60 days of delivery, for every ring of your order (the free ones too). No need to send the first one back.
- The 2-Year Stone Promise. A stone comes loose or the gold finish fades within 2 years: we send you a new ring, free, shipping on us. Nothing to send back.
- 30 days to love it. If she doesn't love it, write to us within 30 days of delivery: we remake it or refund it, your choice. The gifts are yours to keep.
How: email hello@mykinstone.com with your order number (and a photo for the Stone Promise). Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of our reply.
Not covered: a piece lost after delivery, or damage from misuse (crushing, cutting the band). Shipping protection is refundable only if the order is refunded in full.
