Shipping policy

Ships in 1-2 days. Every Kinstone piece is made for her within 48 hours of your order, checked by hand and shipped within 24 hours of being made, tracked, in its own pouch. Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days after shipping, for every piece.

Duties and import taxes are included: nothing to pay at the door.

Christmas. Order by November 30 for personalised pieces and December 10 for the others (United States, United Kingdom), or by November 27 and December 7 (Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand), and your order arrives by December 24, or your money back (the Kinstone Promise, below). If tracking shows it will be late, we email you the same day a printable card with a photo of her ring to put under the tree.

Shipping protection ($2.99, optional, in your cart): if your parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, we send it again, free. Write to us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on tracking.

One address per order. Each ring travels in its own pouch, so you can give one and keep one. To send to two addresses, place two orders.

Tracking. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Questions: hello@mykinstone.com, a real person answers within one business day.
